3. Refund Processing

  • We will review your request and respond within 7 days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been completed to the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Fees associated with late cancellations or no-shows, as outlined in our terms and conditions.


5. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and any requests made prior to the changes will be honored according to the policy in effect at the time of the service.
